Contact and booking data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address, stay dates, number of guests and any other data provided through the contact and booking request forms.

5. Methods of processing
Data is processed using electronic and/or paper-based tools, following logic strictly related to the stated purposes and in any case in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.

Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless different legal obligations apply (in particular tax and public security requirements).
